Puneet is also an industry pioneer with over 20 Years of expertise in the area of contact center business process outsourcing as well as Operations and Transformation in the Multi-Sector Business Services Environment.
As serial entrepreneur, Puneet has been involved in multiple M&A transactions over the years. Puneet recently successfully divested from Innovative Vision, a BPO organization that he founded and lead for 15 years. He now leads Aptitude 360 INC with a wealth of expertise in Business Development, Management, Customer Care, Operations, Human Resources and Client Services. Puneet leverages his history
working in the corporate world as a foundation to drive business start-ups, strategic/business plan creation, execution, P&L, C-suite client and vendor management, organizational and business process redesign with verifiable productivity gains and broad international business transformation experience / High Cultural Adaptability.

As Chief Operating Officer, Miguel leverages his over 20 years
experience in managing all functional departments and trades
including but not limited to Client Services, Operations, Training
and Development, HR and Recruiting and IT to ensure optimal
support and excellence in service delivery to both clients and
employees.
Miguel’s focus is both short and long term strategic management
and partnership to ensure delivery of key metrics and bringing the
vision of our clients to life.

A seasoned natural problem solver who specializes in launching new products with focus on its primary market. Idea formulation, planning, building, collaboration, creating and executing direct marketing communication which drives the core strength of the product to its intended consumers within budget and deadline while integrating effective trackers to monitor the performance of the created plan while keeping room for fine tuning of marketing strategies.

Tymor Davis has been providing corporations with targeted
business and IT Analytic strategies for 7+ years, where he has
been tasked with overseeing and documenting all aspects of a
given project throughout the project pipeline. Tymor has
extensive experience developing project scopes and
objectives, specifying deliverables and coordinating efforts in
completion. He has been instrumental in the setup of many
offshore and onshore offices in the Caribbean and locally in
Canada. As Director of IT and Security, Tymor delivers
unmatched value to ensure target is met regardless of task.
