We conduct tailored competency-based interviews in order to provide employers with the most qualified and adept professionals. Candidates are encouraged to relate to real scenarios and case studies to show responsiveness and competence in the workplace. All of our candidates go through telephone interviews, which is then followed up with an in-person interview.
The telephone interviewer assess each potential candidate on the following:·
- Diction, rate, and speed of speech·
- Vernacular and vocabulary·
- Understanding and response of questions·
- Tone of voice, honesty, and sincerity·
- Voice projection and volume.
